Introduction

I was brought on to boost traffic and search visibility for Fusion CPA’s e-commerce and retail landing page. This strategic page was originally buried on the fifth page of Google results for prime keywords like “ATL e-commerce CPA agency” limiting the page’s lead and sales generation capabilities.

My goal was to significantly improve this page’s organic search rankings to the first page of Google for the high-value e-commerce and retail CPA related keywords. This involved comprehensive technical and content optimization.

 

Process

 I started by enhancing page content focusing on:

  • Search relevancy
  • Formatting
  • Optimizing headings
  • Enhancing content for featured snippets
  • Writing in plain language
  • Ensuring proper keyword placement in the title and meta description
  • Adding alt text to images and videos

I also optimized page speed, implemented SEO keyword placement improvements, and added related images/videos to enhance engagement. Additionally, I developed several product review blogs related to the eCommerce industry.  Here are three examples:

Within 4 months, the refreshed landing page rocketed to the first page of Google search results for “ATL e-commerce CPA agency”. As a direct result of these successful optimization efforts, the page saw a increase in organic traffic and an increase in lead form submissions.  My integrated optimization execution directly led to major improvements in visibility and engagement for this business-critical CPA page.
